Character Concept

A character concept I designed for a comic for someone I met over the net...come to think of it, he never gave me his name. Even his mail ad doesn't seem to have his name.

Anyway, I agreed to do this for free but I think he's in a bit of a rush so I have to discontinue working on it because my hectic schedule at work. Sigh.
